Well well...the other thing that I always see in Jacky Wu's Shi Zhi Lu Kou was the number of times he went to Bao Wen Quan(Hot spring bath)! So when I know our trip to Taiwan consisted of hot spring, I told myself I have to give it a try! So there I am, soaking up in the hot water and even cold cold water with Alvin! Too bad, we can't take picture in the hot spring!
This place is called Shan Zhi Lin!
Very nice hilly scenary in the background. Tell you something interesting that happened to me and Alvin when we were in the hot spring. A old man in his 70s came in after us and I was a bit irritated because he kept looking towards our direction. When Alvin and I finished our Bao Wen Quan, I had him made a comment to the person in charged of the hot spring(who just came into the hot spring area to make sure everything was right). The old man was telling him in Hokkien that Alvin and I were wearing swimming trunks and why were we allowed into the hot spring! Man! I didn't know I have to be totally naked to Bao Wen Quan you know! I apologised to the old man immediately and told him I didn't know the rules there. He was amazed that I can speak in Hokkien! Haha... next time he wants to complain or make noise, better see who he is making complains to!!! But really no hard feelings towards the old man lah! The hot spring was shiok! It was really good for blood circulation, felt so much afreshed after the soaking!
A very fun loving colleague of Cindy, Eric! This fellow is really someone whom you can depend on if you are too afraid to ask for something. I remembered as soon as we reached the hotel in Taipei, he just went straight to the counter and guess what, he ask the counter staff, "Qing wen zhe li hao mei hao shi jie bei?" (Excuse me, do you have World Cup here?) That's him! Very frank, not afraid how others will think of him, and in Cindy's words, he is a Cockanathan! But I like his personality! If you are reading this Eric, I just have 1 request, drink less ok?! Hehe...
See the rocks behind me! I'm actually dinning besides a hill! You know, the whole group actually have to wait for Alvin and I to start lunch because we were taking our own sweet time in the hot spring!
And as we were climbing the stairs to leave the hot spring, a photo with Cindy's interesting colleagues and their family members! Hot spring, I want to go again!!!
