Finally set my foot on the famous Shilin Night Market !
Look behind me! The famous Ji Pai(Chicken cutlet)! The length of one Ji Pai is about the length of your keyboard! Better than the one we had in Singapore man!
First got to know about Shilin after Jacky Wu's Shi Zhi Lu Kou show. Always wanted to try out all the food there. But after all the shopping in Shilin Night Market, it was closed to midnight and most of the food stalls were closed but I managed to get Or Wah Jian (Oyster omelette) from this stall behind me. I took this pic by myself when the stall holder was cooking my Or Wah Jian!
Look at the sausage that Cindy is holding, it's twice the length of your keyboard!!! And the cup besides Alvin is actually shaved ice yakult! It was fantastic, the man actually stir the ice with yakult manually and in the end, it was real good cup of cooling ice drink!
Haha... cannot resist asking Cindy to take a picture of me in front of the adidas poster!
Too bad, I didn't take much photos here cos' the place was so crowded and there was hardly time to stop and take pics. The things there are quite repetitive and I thought Ladies market in Hong Kong was slightly better. Oh well, maybe I didn't manage to get anything I like from Shilin, thus, my preference for Ladies market! But in Shilin, I managed to see Hugh Jackman and his wife!! Can you believe it?! When I saw this big group of people in black surrounding the actor and his wife, I didn't know he was Hugh Jackman until I ask Alvin, "hey, who is he huh??" Haha...i can only recognized him when he is Wolverine!
