Damn! Even though SNOC has finally gave in to the appeal, their reason really made me made still. "The SNOC could not have selected the team based on emotion so we looked at the performance of the side and how far we felt the could go if they were selected for this Asian Games." WTF lah! Bad Loser leh! You mean if you send the swimming team there they will guaranteed you medals?! Really hate to know the FAS has to appeal so much in order for the SNOC to finally grant them the appeal to participate in the coming Dec Asian Games. I didn't know we have not send any football team since 1990! 16 years of Asian Games and no football representatives for Singapore?! WTF! It's so shameful cos' the people sitting up there are just typical local- Kiasu, Kiasee and are bad loser! C'mon, the world's major events like Olympics, Asian Games, SEA Games are actually meant to bond the different countries' spirit and winning, though important, is not necessarily the most important aspect of these events! But of course, most countries are more or less more concerned about the medals tallies. So if Singapore wants to win any medal in the Olympics, then we have to send more sportmen/women to participate in regional sports' events, i.e. Asian Games! Without competiting with the best of Asia, how can we improve and go and participate on the world stage?
