The new English Premier League Season commences...

Finally the long awaited season is to begin...but I guess we haven't miss much of football as we had the World Cup in June/July to keep us entertained. This promises to be an exciting season for Liverpool, and of course ME personally!!! We have spent wisely on the transfer market, not like some morons who have splashed out on extravagant figures and still couldn't beat us in the Community Shield!!! Haha.... Below let me analyse some of the teams which will feature in the EPL new season.

Arsenal : Young, bursting with youthful energy. They have got to adapt to the larger playing surface at the new Emirates Stadium. They have lost good players, Pires and Bergkamp and only replaced them with one noticeable name, Tomas Rosicky. But you gonna trust Wenger with this young Arsenal side man. They will want to play well in their first season at the new stadium. Final Standing : 3rd Place

Chelsea : Everyone has been talking about the inclusion of Shevchenko and Ballack, and how they gonna romp away with their 3rd successive title. But I beg to differ. Because they looked a unsettled side with so many first team superstars. That Moron will have his work cut out to decide how to play 4 central midfielders together, ie. Makelele, Essien, Lampard and Ballack, Joe Cole. They don't have much width now with the exit of Duff to Newcastle, which may limit the attacking options of that Moronhinho! Their defence, especially the right and left sides, look terribly shaky. If Terry can inspire the defence, then they will have a chance, otherwise, other clubs will look to unsettle them easily.
Final Standing : 2nd Place

Man United : They have bought Carrick, but is he someone who can replace Keano? Nope. If thely can get Hargreaves, then they will have someone who can rule the middle. Van The Man is gone, they desperately need to replace him with a big name striker. Alex Ferguson should be long gone... someone should start rebuilding Man United. Richardson should be given more chance to replace Giggs on the left flank. And seriously speaking, Cristiano Ronaldo should just leave UK. Even though Rooney has forgiven him, Ronaldo's action during the World Cup speak so much of his character...
Final Standing : 3rd Place

Tottenham : For me, they were the most improved side last season. Martin Jol seems to have given Tottenham the stability that have long deserted Spurs. They are a great club and deserved to be among the top teams in England Premier League. Unfortunately, they sold Carrick, which I thought, should have stay on and help Spurs achieve greater heights. Having said that, their midfield still boost several top players, Davids, Jenas, Lennon, Tainio, Murphy., and the recently bought World Cup player, Zokora. Should improved further this season with a good cup run, but in the league, still some distance behind the big 4 I suppose...
Final Standing : 5th Place

This is the rest of my predictions -
6. West Ham
7. Aston Villa
8. Charlton

9.Middlesbrough
10.Bolton
11.Newcastle
12.Everton
13.Wigan
14.Man City
15.Blackburn
16.Portsmouth
17.Sheffield United
18.Fulham
19.Reading
20.Watford

If you are wondering, who will be the champion come the end of May, it's of course going to be...... LIVERPOOL!!! It's really exciting time ahead for my beloved Reds. With the inclusion of Bellamy, Pennant, Gonzalez, Aurelio, Paletta and the most recent Dirk Kuyt, I beckon this to be our season! Our liabilities are all gone, namely, Ciise, Traore(like what Ziming said, A Timebomb!)! Haha... now we have 2 players for every position. We have a big enough squad with a lot of Premier League experience. Yeah, I can't wait for the season to start!!

You can bet this is not the last silverware we are going to collect this season! The EPL title here we come!
