Liverpool proved that they are at least better than Man U last night as they controlled the game against AC Milan. Liverpool seldom let Milan run the show but alas, it was not meant to be Liverpool's 6th European truimph. A moment of bad luck for The Reds, means that the usually dangerous freekick of Pirlo, was unexpectedly going wide, until a lucky deflection from Inzaghi managed to put the ball into the Liverpool's net. Then a moment of magic from Kaka, which was kept at bay by Masherano and Carragher for most of the game, opened up the Liverpool's defence, and Inzaghi took the chance superbly to knock the final nail into Liverpool's coffin. Liverpool had many chances to win the game, but this is football, sometimes you win, other times you lose. We should have lost in Istanbul in 2005, but miraculously won it. We should have won last night, but we just couldn't score despite dominating. So in the end, I should think that this is fair. I congratulate Milan, for the pain of 2005 was definitely immensed, and which they finally bury the ghost of 2005 in 2007.

Jesus was certainly wearing the Milan's colours last night.
